One failing is too many.

Some offices have not had revisions yet this is because some of us have a disagreement in Kent Invicta are still in disagreement so there is only 2 offices and a smigg of an office in So what we need to know is how many offices are still waiting for disarster to happen then we should be able to work out a true figure.
Smigg?

So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

So can we take Dundee East of the list,can someone double confirm there wasn't an artic parked round the corner when the MP visited? http://dundeesnp.org/?p=2657" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Dundee East is still failing despite the bulls**t in tonight's local paper. They have put in extra walks into half of the office but despite this some of these walks are still failing, as for the other half of the office the walks are still the same as a year ago. a recipe for disaster i think. Still loads of bullying going on. Packets have also been failing on a regular basis.
Thanks for that Mac,interesting stuff. How old is this,do you want to make a separate thread on it as it will get lost in here.

So things aren't quite as rosy as some would have us believe.
How interesting it would be to have a report from each office as succinct as macs, to correlate them and see how close they are to one another. It would certainly be an eye opener to some.
At the end of the report he states the members are asking what is being done by the CWU and he finds it difficult to answer. It makes you wonder how far up the ladder this kind of report goes before it is stifled.

The report was compiled by our Branch secretary with input from all reps.At the reps liaison meeting where it was handed out there were several Royal mail senior managers,a Div Rep,and a member of the PEC present.

It would be interesting to hear from other areas.
What was their reaction to the report mac? I don't want to pre-judge but have things changed at all
Nothing has changed and I won't be holding my breath. The lead DSM was quite upfront in stating that they're new regional plan would target offices where they thought there were savings, and offices with minimal savings would be delayed as long as possible.
More chattering was planned at regional partnership meetings etc,but will anything come off it.It seems Royal Mail can do whatever they want.
My solution would be to suspend all revisions until these issues are dealt with nationally and then communicated by both sides to the front line, but we all know that ain't going to happen.
So in the meantime, the members in my office will carry on believing that Royal Mail are screwing them over, and they,re Is nothing the union can do about it.
