See that letter signed by Richard Hopwood, he is without doubt one of the stupidest people I've ever encountered. He was our DOM for a while and he is as thick as sh*t.

He was taken out of frontline operations due to his inability to do the job. Works from home now apparently.

He's a grade one knobend and even with our management he stands out.

IDIOT.

Anyone else from North Wales ever had the misfortune of meeting this loonball?

we have been told [by union] to check our contracts as anybody starting before late 80's will have it in writing that our set hours are[05.00 to 13.00] and RM cannot change this. So at propaganda time this morning we all asked for copies of our contract...............it seems that 1/3 of our office will still be starting at 05.00 and there is fuxx all RM can do about it. They are trying to bluff us into just accepting the changes.Anybody got any more info on this ?

I know that since 1980, I've started at 06.00, 05.45, 05.30, 05.00 and now 06.30. I'll be asking for a copy of my contract as at no time have I ever been consulted on a start time and I have never signed anything consenting to having my start time changed.

WTLL yesterday was.

Yes you have guessed it RM propaganda about the 4 days pay out of 1 week.

But also: HYS (due at our place and they are expecting it to be bad - I wont disappoint them)
Apparently they don't have a clue what's going to happen when we go back in re later starts. On LM says he has been advised by his union to go in as normal.
