I'm sure the yeSNP response will consist of the some or possibly even all of the following, Scaremongering, Bullying, Bluster, Bluffing and Tories thrown in for good measure.
To date I haven't heard anything from the "Better together" team, except to response to any comments from the SNP or the occasional sound bites for the media. they to get up off backside and get out there and campaign for unity in a visible way. as it is its looking like we could be sleep walking toward a separation.

As I keep saying, we are all living on one small island. Its getting very bitter, some people in the No tribe are now promoting independence for Shetland.

"Do you agree with the leader of Scottish Labour? Are the Scottish best off leaving the important political decisions to the English?"
Is that accurately reported verbatim speech, or a skewed paraphrasing?
Seems like the rather obvious fact that many politicians in Westminster are Scottish or of Scottish descent has been ignored (and they're the ones who've at least had some part in making "the important political decisions" over the decades) so leaving aside the Welsh, NI, etc, to say it's solely the "English" making decisions is both factually incorrect and designed to appeal to the petty nationalism Salmond so relies on for his support.
How much further can the SNP sink?
"Is that accurately reported verbatim speech, or a skewed paraphrasing?"
I understand that she did say it, the picture was taken from a Yorkshire blogger site, not from a SNP web site.

She was talking in the context of freedom of thinking.
Essentially saying that we have a choice to go against policies that we don't agree with, we aren't brainwashed just to accept something because the Govt says so.
I've seen the clip on FB which cuts off right after she says it. Her full quote is re Bedroom Tax
"It could be introduced anywhere if people believed it was a good idea. We're not genetically programmed in Scotland to make political decisions, we choose the world we want to live in, and we have to win the political argument"
I have lifted the above from another site that explains it far better than i could.
YeSnp are losing badly and will clutch at any straw now, 60 - 40 No vote IMO
60/40 is not losing nearly heavily enough and as long as there is a Scottish parliament there is a problem. I don't think a no vote will bury this. As well as the delusional hardcore nationalists there are plenty of voters who are disillusioned with Westminster politics (and not without some justification) although separatism is certainly no solution. 40% is still a lot of people and the gap is likely to narrow. Cameron should have acknowledged the SNP electoral success in the election and promptly set a date for a referendum.
As I keep saying a YES NO referendum is the road to division " there are plenty of voters who are disillusioned with Westminster politics (and not without some justification)". One small island on one small planet. Check out age to way people are voting. The status quo is not sustainable, change will happen, sooner or later.

Of all the examples of new labour stupidity and incompetence, nothing in my view was as damaging as their promotion of devolution. An avoidable disaster surely.

A MAJOR trade union has been accused of a referendum "stitch-up", after its UK national executive recommended a No position without a vote of its Scottish members.
The leadership of the Wimbledon- based Communication Workers Union (CWU) approved the stance last week after what one critic described as a "sham" consultation. The position is expected to be ratified at the union's UK conference in Bournemouth next month.
"Today’s workplace has become heartless and soulless. Employees are seen as units of labour, automatons, functionaries, objects for achieving designated tasks, and as costs to be minimised."
"Colin Fox, co-convener of the Scottish Socialist Party who took part in the CWU debates, said: There was always a strong suspicion that the consultation was not as honest and as sincere as it should have been. A CWU spokesman said: The NEC has recommended a No vote after a wide-ranging consultation."
Well there should be no surprise with either of those comments.
