Is that even possible? :wave
It similar to the law of diminishing returns in economics. The more acting managers there are the more likely you are to get one with less ability than the previous one. :chuckle :chuckle :nervous

There is the rule mentioned in the thread about customers out talking to you all through the year and then suddenly disappearing come Xmas tip time. On my deliverys I'm the miserable bastard postman not speaking a word to his customers and then suddenly becoming Mr.Xmas Spirit in December.

How about the big camper-van taking up virtually all of a garden.
so tight you shimmy down one side of it only to realize you cant get to the letterbox that way.Although you can almost touch it with your arms stretched
so shimmy back out and go try the other way :d'oh!
I'm a postman-and i know where you live.....

These are also the people with Sat-Nav's, A-Z maps, directions printed out with street maps and they are still lost! This includes "the enemy"... couriers who don't even knock on the persons door and proceed to doorstep even if no-one is in and then leave us to take the blame for a lost package.

Start to leave dockets after Christmas every time you have an item that won't fit and they'll get the hint, knowing full well that you used to leave packets for them in their "safeplace" that they showed you earlier in the year to make it easier for them and to save them the time and trouble of going to collect it.
Amazing how they then come out with a tip.. saying "sorry, I didn't see you over Christmas"... "we were out"... "not had the chance to see you until now"

You'll soon have them trained.. think Pavlov's Dog!
