Is that 75/25 by contract or by people booking up to f/t and getting p/t when on holiday/sick

we haven't had anyone made up full time in my office for 3 years

so are they gonna give them f/t contracts or just let them book it

it makes a huge difference

We recently had the union rep going around all AG's asking for indications of who would be interested in full time. Anyone else on here had this?

If they are saying 75% full time. it would have to be full time contract, otherwise it's no different to what is happening now. we have loads of AG's doing full time hours, then getting part time hours when on leave or sick.
