35 hour contract will get SSPR for the first 3 hours, that rate includes the Delivery Supplement and any other additions and means everyone doing 38 hours get the same amount. Beyond that they get the standard 1st ten hours overtime rate.
Royal Mail

Well I have spoken to the manager and he says they will have to look through time sheets and PDA actuals. Then work out what they can back pay me. Unfortunately moving forward I will just stay as a 35 hours, but it seems basically I have the choice to either leave some of the frame/not take all the world out as it's a full-time duty, or take it all and and claim the overtime.
