I had the stage 1 interview, then a week or so later the line manager called me in to say it was an incident and I was being given the stage 1. I signed a big document to say I had recieved it. I dont know whether it was investigated by anyone other than him or not. So I dont know whether he has followed proper guidelines/procedures or not.POSTMAN wrote:

So if they DID NOT investigate the accident using h&s trained people,then you have a case.
You can put a grievance in to the manager as he has not followed proper guidelines/procedures as agreed by RM and the CWU.
If the above is the case then who the feck is he to say it was an incident and not an accident.
