So if there is no return address you stick Returns Centre, Belfast label on it.... ok

You don't need to write Belfast or anything on the letter, you need to find out the correct procedure for your office
but normally just affix the kill off sticker (can't remember the form number) on the letter (don't cover the address)
ticking address incomplete (or whatever), blue crayon the address out, blue crayon the orange fluorescent horizontal
lines on the item if there are any (or you'll find it might just come straight back to you the next day), if there's a return address on the envelope
circle it with the blue crayon and then just place it wherever the kill offs are put in your office.

Some offices might have seperate boxes for the different reasons for 'kill off' and then somebody designated (on light duties possibly)
does the red sticker and blue crayoning bit.....
