Ok now, I get that you have to stay on an advertised job for a minimum for 12 months before moving duty etc - but how would it work if the office has a re-pick and then 8 months later a vacancy is created by a member of staff leaving. Who has priority - Reserve staff that have no duty (currently working to cover sickness/holidays etc) or someone who got a duty in the last (recent) re pick?
