no,no, no, you fecking fail then, 4 sick is and never was part of the plan for lapsing, it was to enable more a/l in the summer, lapsing and overtime cannot work together, how difficult is it!!!

How many times. If you have time to do lapsing, do it. If you don't or don't want the overtime to do it, don't take it. Simple. Does it really matter WHY there is lapsing? In my view, it would be more cost effective if the lapsed walks are done as half walks on overtime like they used to be. That half walk would get done much quicker than 10 van shares going out and doing bits of it. However, if people are finishing before their time that needs looking at, as that is even less efficient, getting paid for no productive work i.e sat at home or in the pub.

It’s people that have time to lapse but are trying to find clauses to escape it I think..
