Happened recently at our DO, customer seeks out their postie, asks where his parcel is that he had been texted/emailed saying it had been delivered. Different postie on a different walk had scanned and delivered it to an address totally unlike the original customers. Customer had been telling people thst the postie has pinched his parcel.

I once had a customer come ourpt waving his phone saying that I had delivered a parcel the day before and he wasn't in so where is it. After telling him to sort his attitude out I went back to my office and the manager tracked the item as delivered in Catford. The barcode given to the customer was wrong .
