We haven't even lost the 1st hour at my office.
Still going through the dispute between management and union.
Still on the old pay rate obviously.
Will it mean we also don't get the April rise if not implemented by then?
We keep being told it will be resolved soon, but been told that since December.

Area rep is dealing with it all.
Our local rep attended yet another meeting this week and just said that hopefully it is near to being sorted.
That's all we've been told since December every time there's a meeting.
We can't even get a definitive answer as to if we'll get anything backdated when it's finally resolved.
Of course by the time it's sorted and actually implemented we'll be arguing over losing another hour.
