I've been a postman for over 30 years. You get good days and not so good days, you've got to take the rough with the smooth. If everyday is a bad day, you just start at your correct starting time and finish on your correct finishing time. If you can't complete your delivery it's not your problem. No manager or anyone else can bully you, you would win your case every time. But you've got to do your job properly and not look for a problem all the time like alot seem to do.

Yep good point,we have no union rep at our office,a lot of moaners who are the very ones that wouldn’t support a union guy because he would want you to do the job correctly,it’s a poison chalice,to fight every aspect of this job, with management making it far more complicated and involved than it needs to be.
