Shorter Working Week—Joint Statement



Both Parties recognise the need to ensure that in line with the National Agreement on SWW and the Associated Principles that we deliver the benefits of the shorter working week to all Full Time and Part Time Employees.
 
To achieve the SWW for delivery units, the first hour must come from the start of the duties.
 
For units that are concerned that current resourcing arrangements require review, in terms of current vacancy levels and hours worked versus contractual hours, it is agreed that SWW will be implemented and those Units will be subject to review in the immediate term between the CWU Unit Rep and Area Rep and the respective Unit Manager and Operations Manager.
Failure to resolve will be progressed through the IR Framework.

This is what are office was given by the cwu area rep. are rep put it on the notice board for us to sea. It clearly states 12 mins had to come from start of duties no mention of special treatment for anyone locker room. Rep got shafted by both Dom and area rep and not 4 1st time either. The union is finished now area reps do what RM want to insure release

We have people who still need to start at the same time so they book 12 minutes overtime every day.
So your PHG could do that - they would get the SWW and an extra hour overtime.
