Attacks on working conditions at Royal Mail

So the letters are declining at an alarming rate and if we dont make our company a packet only company we will go bust ? Anyone else have that inspiring team talk last week ? Royal mail under this greedy privatisation are desperate to end the uso , desperate to see the end of delivering letters . Any thoughts ?
