Several full-timers at our RDC will finish 24 minutes early. Will he start 12 minutes earlier than everyone else or finish 12 minutes later?
While he will benefit from the pay rise it might mean an alteration to his current work schedule.
Or maybe not.
Stodgy88 works a 7hr 50min day - After changes are implemented he will still work a 7hr 50min day, for 3 days,
while his colleagues will be working 7hr 36min as you say. This equates to 14mins more per day in any event.
