We have had no new staff trained for about a year.

A few months ago when had a new starter and both WPCs were on holiday that week so the new starter was trained by someone who wasn't being paid any extra for it.

Only in RM!

Or only in your office.
The agreement clearly states that anyone performing training duties should receive the allowance.
So where was your rep?

Well pretty much as expected the boss was sure the coach would go away on a course but of course that now may not happen,may not be able to cover him,cost implications blah blah blah,so we’ll wait and see,but already I’m thinking it’s not going to benefit the office one bit and won’t have backbone we need on loads of issues mmmmmm
