My last OH just stated with medication my depression would improve and i would be fit to resume work

The OH report just said that with medication i would be fit to return to work it never mentioned the EA.

Medication can help improve depression , it does not work for everyone , how oh assist say it will make it better if rediculous. I myself suffer from depression and anxiety so I know what it's like. Antidepressants help me but do not make it go away. Depression comes in bouts you can have mild up to severe. Only people who suffer from it really now it's affect on daily life. I thought RM had a thing about mental health issues at the moment. Your Dom is obviously a complete c..t . My thoughts are with you my friend.
