We’re told to take it all out, Absorption as well. Then met with grief when you call to cut off, trying to shame and guilt trip you into staying out. Just tell them you’ve got a contracted finish time for a reason, as do they, if they were really that desperate to get it done and earn their bonus they’d do it themselves.

Too much work
When you first start you need to be given a settling in period where you are with the coach or an experienced postie, lots of new posties are being put on long walks that they have no chance of getting done in their contracted hours, managers will not send out early finishers to help and will try not to pay them their worked hours. The union rep is your first point of call thats why we are in the union, the coach is also your friend he should be helping you with any problems.
