What is ghosting? As far as we're concerned my husband is doing the job as he should, he takes his break before they leave the office whilst waiting for his partner to finish throwing in and bagging up, he takes his time with his loops and still ends up waiting in he van for his partner to catch up. His partner on the other hand never takes his break as he wants to finish on time! He's decided not to do the overtime as its not worth the aggro for a couple of extra hours a day.

Ghosting is RM slang for two types of overtime.

Overtime done in normal working time but still claiming it - no suggestion he is doing this.

Claiming (with or without managers permission) more hours than it actually takes to do it.
