Am sure the management love to crunch numbers and really make out this job is far more complex than it really is?,all this talk of lapsing and stranded costs, model week, etc etc is really lost on me,and indeed my colleagues, the work time learning on a Tuesday would far be better put to use on local office issues that need addressing, the stuff vi see on the screen I simply can't relate to,are they androids or just good actors staring at some flip chart, where do they find the time to even look interested?? And all with that cheesy smile,is there a Royal Mail splinter group to go and work for??

Little advice to the OP don't use your actual name as your username, on successfactors it's a simple case of using people search and you show right up, your delivery office, your managers name.

Point taken buddy but it's so frustrating at times who to vent our anger and concerns at,yes the boss I guess but falls on deaf ears,a constant battle at times it just wears you down
