This has to do with the right that recognizes that everyone must  have ACCESS TO INFORMATION.  The core of this right centers around other human rights, including the right to equitable  education, employment, and fair and responsible participation in the democratic process.

Everything that comes into the office is due to go out that day, that is why it is there.
Our MC colleagues on here have confirmed that.
For instance the 2nd class that is in your office today has to go out today as it has already been previously held at the MC.
That 2nd class is now 1st class as it has been held at the MC before being sorted.

While I agree that at times telling the old girl can be a waste of time, how about cc in your local MP and the press.

I recently added my MP into a justsayit email for my daughter who was having mail problems.....it got sorted.
The more of us grass the better.

Could the link you provided be alright to print off and displayed on the noticeboard for staff at any DO?

Its an LTB so it should only be displayed on the Union noticeboard, and you'd be better checking with the rep, just as a matter of courtesy.

Otherwise you could just tell all your mates where you found it.
