The 3 1/2hr delivery is going, you'll be asked to complete you duty (up to 30mins at the minute but expect 2hrs in the future) and if you refuse then it'll become a conduct issue (so says NI AGM at last weeks union meeting)

Bo****ks, forcing through EA in my office, union being sidelined because it's only LOCAL and has no real power many in my office are now ready to take unofficial IA because of it, so for all you lot in MC's and large DO's the smaller ones are now being picked off because of this crappy deal (which hasn't even been agreed)

i totally second the above the large mc and large DO with strong local union reps are ok (including london)
the rest are left high and dry
we are a national union about time we started acting like one and stop pushing agreements down to local level where our doms dont abide by em anyway
my office supported the strike action (mainly) and now feel hugely let down and other branches asking for a yes vote shame on you ]
its the im alright jack feck everyone else
