Get hold of the I.B. and tell them what you have seen and whats happened since. DO NOT rely or ask anyone else to do this for you, it may be nothing it may be something and if it is something then you need to let the I.B. know you know. Don't tell anyone, colleague or manager because if you work with a thief and they hear about this or you tell them they will/may change their habits for a while. If i worked where you work and a thief was caught and sacked because of your actions i'd buy you a cup of tea (if i found out who you were, which would be extremely unlikley) because i don't want to work with a thief.
