Don`t understand where everyone is coming from(no deal)i think having read the document that this is a good deal,big increase in pay,longs and shorts will only be implemented if it works locally in each office with union rep,flexibility cut to half hour instead of 2 hours,7 hours on tuesday 9 hours on fridays is not that much of a change is it?Only a fool would vote no
Only a fool would vote yes this is the thin end of a big wedge this agreement make's the way forward look great.!
