Eat nothing until 11.30 then have an apple.
Dont have your main meal until 7.30 then its beans and a Chicken Kiev in bread.
Also go to a gym once a week.
I weigh 75kg now

Yes it's almost all diet and yes you should reduce all those refined and processed foods but certainly don't reduce carbs. You want a diet consisting almost totally of carbs from whole foods if you want to be healthy, full of energy and achieve a healthy weight. Noone needs more (or any, for that matter) meat in their diet.Darren Bent wrote:It is diet. Im having the oppossite problem,i struggle to keep any weight on.I am a tall slim bloke anyway and i eat like a horse,people always comment on how much i eat and where do i put it etc.
