Would it really be so hard for the DOM if he's so concerned with his figures, to make contact with these people, get a number and arrange convenient delivery times on 0/time. Instead of hassling poor posties every day. Just an idea.

Have they done anything about it - I think you know the answer to that

well it didn't last long.....DOM said today we are to revert back to scanning the tracked on the doorstep.,,,,,they can't afford all the overtime.

Same here, got the word this morning
