Don't ban the managers. It's a perfect chance for the Public and other Businesses to see what kind of people they really are. A perfect example of this is Bonehead 2002: he has shown himself to be petty, undisciplined, and totally uncaring about us, or the customers.
It's about time that the Public knew what we have to deal with, and that we get the job done DISPITE them. I must admit, that in my 10 years with RM, I have actually come across a good manager. But he takes even more s**t than we do, because he uses his brains, instead of "towing the line". I seriously doubt that he will ever get beyond his current grade, as he pisses off the other managers too much. That's probably why he is the exception rather than the rule!

If you think those two morons that are running this great institution into the ground really take any notice of whats on here or any notice of what their managers report, then you really do need to wake up. They are interested in their own pockets nothing more nothing less. They really could not give a s**t about us the public or their managers.
Our grandfathers fought wars for our right to free speech, previous trade unionist sacrificed lives to get the rights we enjoy. We are possibly about to lose many of those rights. (flexability) Many a working person would have survived death if they had had access to this type of flow of information and networking. Lets continur to use it to our advantage.
