I support of lot of what you say on some subjects, but you have a huge blind spot when it comes to these revisions, and you lump everyone together. That in itself is very disappointing.
No blind spot TBT, I see clearly when it comes to prevarication - we can all find excuses for NOT doing something, even in our everyday life but when it comes to organising change as agreed there should be no excuses. Personally I would change the hierarchy and install someone with the express instruction to institute change agreed or not, working or not because nothing clarifies the mind when modernisation goes wrong and HAS to be made to work - ask any of the offices where change has taken place and it doesn't work - it is made to work.
We have been f****d up {modernised} it doesn't work, we cut of on a regular basis for about a year before they made some alterations. It still doesn't work but we get finished. they are going through the process apparently of doing it again, hopefully it will work as I'm sick of the hassle when we cut off but I won't be holding my breath as quite simply they do not give you enough time.

Well at least you tried. I wish I had a £1 for every failed revision posted on this forum BUT lets face it if you don't try, you'll never succeed.
