Can't believe how many offices on here have staff in post well below what is meant to be in that office. Goes to show they haven't replaced anyone for quite a while. It also highlights the runners, the ones who come in early, the ones who don't take a break etc etc have enabled royal mail to come up with this kind of action plan. Some have only got themselves to blame when they are expected to lapse lapse and lapse.

This is all a bit worrying especially where the staff in post is less than it should be yet jobs are being lost, so who's going to do the work ? Or is that a stupid question, can we look forward to new revisions where walks are increased/unachievable lapsing or what ?
Oh yeah wonder if the people named on this document have been informed yet that they're being moved to another office etc or as usual are they the last to find out.

this is my office. we have 8 temp full timers iuncluding me who have been over 2 years. i guess there not reverting anyone to part time who has been over 2 years. can anyone explain what sip, tm1 means etc.

Office has 4 T/Ft promised to substantiate - can we do this and the offer VR - need to check legalities /business decision NEED TO SEEK ADVICE
Is substantiate 4 we have 1 IHR pending so would need to offer 2 x FT VR and back fill with p/t

If we broke agreement we would send 2 T/FT to P/T and substantiate 2 1 against IHR and 1 to TM1 FT
