What happened to this? I thought it was part of the new agreement, and was supposed to have been place from April - six months ago....

Yes there doesn't seem to be any hurry to get this in place does there? Apparently RM have decided they can't afford it and the union aren't up for a fight to get your hard work recognised.

RM and the CWU have been to Ofcom to complain about TNT/Whistl cherry picking delivery services in cities.
Both are claiming it is a threat to the USO.
If at the same time they start offering the incentive scheme to staff it would completely negate their argument.

They can't on the one hand wail that the USO is about to disappear because we can no longer cross subsidise and on the other offer everyone a share of the profits ....

I don't see your point. If the business is making a profit then it follows that the employees should share in that, after all Managers get a bonus and Moya and her Cronies don't do too badly and nobody suggests that the USO is in danger because large amounts of money are spent on these two sets of employees so what's the difference. At the end of the day we deserve a slice of the pie because we actually bake it. Should RM only institute an incentive scheme for those areas who are carrying out all the work without TNT input. Large cities where work is being carried out by TNT should their pay should be less because they are only carrying out some of the tasks and an incentive scheme not entered into. Some could suggest that there are those who already get a larger slice of the pie.
