Today : Logged items 246 (total).
N.b: We keep full record of returned items ( with address) and keep record for last 6 months.
What are your staff numbers to be able to do all of that workload? Do you open 7-2 (or similar) which enables you to log all the items when the counter is closed?
Open plan enquiry office is not a good idea ..... news is coming out that in Oxforshire ( delivery office) , three days ago a customer ran off with item and PDA , one of callers office staff ran after him on the road about 100 yards , managed to get hold of item but man ran off with PDA. Police is investigating.
So if these items have gps tracking, why can RM never retrieve these missing PDAs, and also the vans they were stolen in on the odd occasion one is lost when a van is stolen.
