and you believe him? it would be on a temp basis and there trying to get rid of all the temp full times back down to part time. sorry but your manager does not have the power to offer full time contracts. its up to his manager and possibly the one above. we have never had anyone made up to full time when replacing a fulltimer.only a couple and they were the old driving duties

i know it'd be temp, all recent full time jobs are, think we had 5 or 6 made up in april this year, 1 from a temp 24 hr to 39
