The problem is with the likes of comments from Iron Maiden. That,s it. Just let these bullying bstrds carry on and ruin the lives of many people. The more claims that Royal Mail has to deal with,will eventually make someone sit up and listen. I would like to see everyone that has or is being bullied to fire in a claim and send a copy of the form by email direct to JUST SAY IT and also a copy to Dave Ward at UNION HQ. Lets flood their inboxes until they sit up and listen. The Tolpuddle Martyrs did not sit down and take everything thrown at them.

They don't care though, the union will advise to file a B&H complaint knowing full well it can be turned around as bad faith.

I'll adhere to all RM policies and use all the help available

In my experience the b & h process is a waste of time. Especially if its against management, as the investigator is a manager and they all watch each others back.

No faith in this or the grievance procedure.
