RM needs to work on convenience for ecommerce shoppers

Isn't the idea of having collection points a bit of a double edged sword for DO staff? If RM were to have offices where people could collect parcels from, how long would it be until they expanded it to other types of mail and before you know it there could be 1000s of job losses in deliveries

Our local DO front office closes it's doors at 1.30pm even though there's people inside still at that time.What an embarrassment for RM that in this day and age other workers etc can't pick up their parcels after work, and then RM wonder why the public use Parcels-2-go etc.

I work on a firms delivery , and most of the staff in these firms have there parcels delivered to them , by me because they say that as they are not at home and working , then they know its is going to be delivered to them at the firm and not seeing a p759 left, these folks are not just local Essex mum
