PhilthyPhil, that's strictly not true, what they did was take the d2d supplement added with the early shift allowance, & what they created is what we all now know as delivery supplement. Yes, jointly it was agreed that everyone in a delivery office was entitled to the payment, but I think the point being made was when we were paid for d2ds, PHG's didn't get paid for them as they were indoors, not out on delivery delivering them, they had their own allowance for being in the cage, & then that changed under the agreement before last I think, which entitled them to d2d money like everyone else, without actually having to earn it, I think that is where all the anger, bitterness, frustration, etc stems from.

Delivery supplement has got nothing to do with D2D. It is for staff who work in the delivery function, which locker staff in a delivery office do.

As the old PHGs are are now OPGs does this mean that any OPG can be taken off their signed for delivery round and asked to go in the locker/callers office. Also can the OPG that has signed for the office be moved out onto to delivery. The duty concerned has the same day off each week and attracts an SA payment of 1 hour per day. Any advice on where I can read up on rights associated with signed for duties can be found also appreciated. Cheeers

Al 318s have a bit that reads something like "or as directed" (can't remember the exact wording), so in theory if someone is trained for the callers they can be taken off whatever their normal duty is and placed in the callers office

I get delivery supplement and leadership allowance because I also do a delivery when callers office closes every day

So what's the leadership allowance for?
