Yes.
If people were only allowed 1 week holiday every 2 years then there would be loads of empty slots for those odd days.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Got to agree this was never a good idea from the start , exactly why leave is at a premium.
The problem is your managers inability to manage the system and not the fact we are allowed 6 weeks holiday each year.
Allowing us less holiday wouldn't solve the incompetence of management.

For once I agree with you,the system of buying holidays has been in place for long enough for the idiots in charge to find a solution,there wasn't a problem 5 or 6 years ago.Endless cost cutting and clueless management have created the problem
