Round is too big

All the times are bullshit. I'm supposed to start on IPS 30mins before I'm due in one day. No joke that's what it says - Start time 7am Prep from 6:30!

Write down every comment they make to you about it in a diary and do it daily. You might need the records one day. Tell them you are feeling harassed and stressed by being given an inquisition every day. If you do get seriously stressed out see your doctor about taking time off to recover. Tell them straight what you can deliver to on a busy day and where you can make it to on a light day. Then do exactly that. Keep it as professional as possible don't get wound up and don't take anything personally. This happens in almost every office in the country, it's not personal it just unachievable workloads being spat out by their system and idiot managers trying to pass the problem onto your shoulders rather than doing their job and fixing the duty.

I'd be thankful if my round was too big now. I'd happily take the overtime available on the busy days and not be lapsing parts of other duties.
Our revision, a few years ago, like most, was planned to require overtime half of the delivery week.
Now the mail and parcels have dropped sufficiently to require another revision.
