I can, just not the Royal Mail way.

Other companies have real employee engagement - Royal Mail have job for the boys.

Other companies have continual improvement - Royal Mail has pretty pictures and painted footsteps.

Other companies address real H&S issues - Royal mail fail to enforce their own rules when it impacts on getting mail out.

Its a good idea sacrificed on the 2 swords of bonuses and profits.

Or a fairly good idea half-heartedly adopted by RM, pushed by managers who couldn't find any other employment slot to fill/self-promoting activity for the CV, and pushed onto to a disinterested cynical work-force.
Utter rubbish all round.
