I'd go for it. Take a bag in, PDA and some 739's. Explain to the kids what door-to-dustbins are and you have to do 100 in 20 minutes. Get your boxes of them out, demonstrate their prep and challenge them all to prep them at that rate. In 15 minutes you should have them prepped for the whole week just gotta throw them in when you get back.

Used to do it for a local school - have a chat with the reception teacher in advance of the visit and get a project started to build a post office - use things like a milk crate for a sorting frame - make a post box etc - take in a few items of uniform like hi vis vests and get all the kids to bring in an envelope with their name and address on so they can post it and look forward to the delivery at home - great fun for the few years I did it but too busy now and RM aren't that into community things - a school trip to the office after clearance is a good follow up too
We wish to serve - but we will not be servile

Awww sounds like loads of fun, go in with a cuddly stuffed dog or cat and make it enjoyable for them. Tell them exciting stories about getting attacked by big dogs and fending them off with some D2Ds and a posting peg all while making sure you stayed on route, kept to a 4 mph pace pulling your LWT
