No, your employer asks that you report it as soon as possible, and it is usually in yours and other 3rd parties interests that you do so.

Your Manager cannot refuse your request to make an entry in the accident book, (ERICA). They will bluff you that you cannot, try calling it a near miss, attempt to suggest you will be conducted for making the late entry, but they legally cannot refuse it.

it is part of your employement contract that it should be reported immediately, the ERICA investigation is supposed to be started with 48 hours of accident taking place, if you didnt report it and decided to at a later date then you could be conducted for it(not likely but if it was a safety issue you knew about and didnt report and some one else was hurt or put at risk due to non reporting you could very well be taken down the conduct route depending on your reason for not reporting it earlier)

And they've got real problems if there's a water leak under one of them.
Can't be dug up like tarmac, paving slabs or gravel. :Very Happy

Pulled up to one of these tw*tt*ng driveways last winter - Could see the man of the house in the hallway so stood on the horn and told him to 'Come Collect' from me :mad .. ..Same sort of inconsiderate b*gg*rs that throw £Ks at remodelling their house and put in a surgically-engineered letterbox at ankle height and then put a planter in front of it too.. :mad

there must be at least 30 on my round, 1 bloke has his varnished regular,
another 1 has a few of my footprints on it from 8 years ago, still remember clearly the builder doing his nut at me, thank god for cameras on mobiles to prove he didn't block access to the house
