Should acting managers be doing opg overtime?

i would say that whilst they are employed as an acting manager they cannot do blue collar work if a blue collar worker is available to do it.
None of this, they can at another part of the day crap. They are employed for the week/month/year as a manager.
If they don't earn enough as a manager, tough.
Managers cannot do OPG grade work whilst employed as a manger. Do not accept anything less.

They are still an OPG grade, hence they can do OT

I disagree.
It may be their day off, however they are employed as a manager acting or otherwise.
Just because its your day off doesn't mean you are not employed. There is no suggestion that they are employed on a hand to mouth basis and are told daily whether or not to turn up tomorrow as an OPG or acting manager.

Don't acting managers realise that they are being used? you are a manager or a postman,an acting manager tried to give me a back to work,I refused because the next day that manager could be a postman again and he would know all my personal details
