Yes they would if the traffic level is significantly below the model week.
Depends if the planner has planned the walks way too big, then lapsing becomes difficult anytime.

some duties when lapsing have dead walking while some have close housing, so it is up to whoever is doing to say if they have time.

Lapsing takes around 20 mins in our office when I do it and it's not often.

Oh, you will soon learn about lapsing!, it`s when the DOM decides(using a bogus count of the days traffic) that you will have enough time to take your own round and then another loop/pouch full(sometimes two) from another duty that`s usually miles away from your own!, this usually happens in the Summer months around mid afternoon when the sun is at it`s hottest and you feel like a baked spud, but most Dom`s try to drag it out well into the winter months when you can`t even stand up because of the frost, ask us about the severe weather tool next!!..
A loop or a bagful? :left: Ours is 1/16th of a duty, averaging 30-35 houses between 2 people.

Eh? We had a revision more than 2 years ago, any more lapsing than that and it wouldn't get done. :dance

So sorry, I got you confused with someone who thought their walk was so much of a piece of piss that they had to brag to everybody about it, my mistake, sorry again, I get confused sometimes..

You must have easy walks to do that then? How many do you lapse in the summer? do you go over your time and do you get paid for it? I am baffled just could not would not will not do it!.
