Your post without meaning to do so I am certain, really shows 2 things. The contempt ordinary post(wo)men share for managers and the ethos that drives them comes from the boardroom. But it also show how bright we think they are, most intelligent people without any morals would have started already.

Posties just have a problem with managers who have a little authority and ask them to do things. It was the same years ago when you had the phg's who were a little higher paid with a little extra responsibility. As for senior management it's very rare to see a good thing they do on this site. No I am not a manager before anyone asks. Have a nice saturday :Very Happy
