More chance for managers as most are now on the max for their grade and many are on 6 weeks annual leave (some more). A £30k+ manager can easily be replaced by a Graduate (who they believe has more ability :left: ) on £24k.
In offices with more than 2 doms one can easily be replaced by a chocolate machine saving a big part of the management responsibilities and removing a big part of the decision making.
