This may be helpful. When leaving your Hct you must lock it to something secure, eg lampost. It should not be used as a mobile bag drop.

I have cut off lots over my 10 years and I'm still here.

:Very Happy

The jobs now are not achievable though if done correctly.

Some are impossible even if you break the rules. :left:

The the c*** Dom treats you like s**t as he has to do it :chuckle or hide it and not declare it

This is interesting, me and my P&L buddy don't use the lightweight trollys because our entire delivery is blocks of flats. We did initially get told off for not using them but when asked how long we could leave the lightweight trolly unattended we were told 30 seconds out of sight which is unworkable so we asked how we could work the delivery using the lightweight trollys and we've had no answer.

What we currently do is get all the large packets done off the van first then take light pouches round the loops, it's the only way we've been able to get the round to work while keeping the pouches as light as possible.

Our DOM gave our rep the 10 mins (prev 5 min) rule as being that for LWT when one postie asked how long she could take to deliver to a flat above a shop. :arrrghhh
