Hold on good people . . . . . it's the TUC that's suggested there may be a deal not the CWU. . . . . first the CWU and RM must agree it, in principal, then it comes to us for a final decision . . . . .nobody has been sold out, yet, so lets not back them up against the wall just yet

yes my spelling is a bit crap sometimes thanks very much. i was being sarky ok. other people on this site have seemed to lose the fact that 40,000 of us will be on the dole and the pensions need to be sorted. i voted for a strike and have been out on every one, that ok ??? and pillar box you are right, if we lose this battle then the union will die

No! Not the end of the Union. The end of the Union as a negotiating tool for its RM members. We will have to take whatever crap is thrown at us but the CWU will survive.
