What annoys me the most about all the RM crap they keep sending is that it is written as if everything is settled. Like privatisation has all been agreed, the shares have been agreed, etc. Are we not in the process of fighting all this bullshit, nothing is settled is it? Or do they know something we don't??

Things like " do you know what shares are" and" a guide to owning shares" etc etc.

Give us some credit we know what shares are and how it works. Just leave our bloody jobs alone !

Yeah, the short film featuring Nick "you may remember me from such things as Countdown and The Apprentice" Hewer in WTL could well have been aimed at a bunch of 9 year olds. Perfectly sums up how stupid they think they own workforce is.

I don't know what the point is anyway. Will the prospect of "free shares" persuade a single person to vote against strike action? Can't see it.

Those RM(P)TV shows are condescending, and irritating.
We're not opposed to privatisation because we don't understand it, we oppose it because of what it will mean in the long term, and the not too distant future, for jobs, pay, T&C's etc.

What next? George, Bungle and Zippy from Rainbow with an informative guide on what a company is?
What happens when Zippy starts to ask a question RM don't want us to know the answer to?

Can't wait for the Banana's in Pyjama's episode.....
