sounds like a stitch up to me, you shouldve had minutes from a factfinder, then a letter explaining that they were taking it further, explaining charges etc. a meeting with the dsm to decide if the case is sackable. im sure you,re dom cant sack you. am sure it has to be a manager from another office with dismissal training or a dsm. and how convienient that the paperwork has vanished. what a pack of scumbags they really are. hope you blow them ''oot the watta''. good luck.
