Whilst I don't think that Union members should work when the Union calls for strike action (unless they resign from the Union and the benefits it offers) I believe in the right of any individual to choose his or her own course of action. I don't see any point in recriminations or abuse. We don't know the circumstances here. Maybe that's another office threatened with closure?

You think that it would help?!?!?!?
Do you really think that Lazy and Dozier even know what loyalty is?!?!?jemima wrote:Whilst I don't think that Union members should work when the Union calls for strike action (unless they resign from the Union and the benefits it offers) I believe in the right of any individual to choose his or her own course of action. People scabbing at a centre that is facing closure (assuming that it IS under threat) wouldn't make any difference to them. We are merely numbers on a balance sheet to them. A sudden increase in efficiency during Strike days wouldn't improve the figures in relation to the Honerable majority of CWU members by enough to change their minds.
Showing loyalty to Lazy and Dozier, will make no difference at all. They don't even know what it is, much less how to show it to others. :lfo :cfo
strike breakers have no Honour, and are therefore, beneath contempt!
